  When looking at the content that is in chapter one of "Essential of Social Media Marketing," the section of text that I want a deeper look into is the part that reads, "today, almost every internet user can be reached on social media. As social media use continues to grow, so does customers' time spent on the popular media ruins everything that is going on around us. The recent growth of social media has changed the world that we live in and that can be seen for better or for worse. Thinking about how much I am walking around and see people staring at the phone that is basically glued to their hands is a reality that is becoming more and more normal. I think too many people are always see the positive that comes from social media, feeling like you are connected to everyone at any moment but sometimes we forget that can also be the biggest disadvantage of social media.      Over the weekend, my lacrosse team participated in the mud volleyball tournament that was being hosted by one of the on campus groups. The lacrosse team had two teams that were in the tournament, we mixed the teams up so that both teams would have all grade levels and we can use this as a bonding experience. My team was very in it to win it and was going to do anything and everything to win. When they were calling out the team that were going to be playing against each other, we were going against the senior basketball team and we knew they were going to be the team to beat.       When first getting into the mud, it was a very different feeling but we all started splashing each other with the mud and having a lot of fun  with each other. We played the first set and it started off very close, the score kept going back and forth of who was winning. All of the girls on my team were diving into the mud to make sure that we were going to get the point each time and we ended up winning
