That’s a really good point about smaller influencers having stronger connections with their followings. When I read this chapter I had thought about smaller influencers being useful because they can be more targeted than larger influencers. In order to get a million followers, you have to appeal to a million unique people, so you will have a much wider variety of followers. To get a couple thousand followers, you can be much more niche, since you will have a smaller variety of followers.
